This is a poster for D-War (Dragon Wars) a movie so bad watching it will give you eye cancer. The poster is reminiscent of one classic cover for Jack Vance's The Dragon Masters, a novella so good that its reading sets cross-eyes straight and allows you to perceive three extra colors of the spectrum*.
