Here is the site for Routledge's Literature of Travel and Exploration, an Encyclopedia. If features all the entries, without the accompanying text of course. However, the suggestions for further reading are included, which is very helpful.
Looking for some of those entries in Wikipedia, I found interesting things like the page for Benjamin of Tudela. His "Itinerary" is now on my to-read list.
